The RHL Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated and owned by Recruitment Holdings Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RHL website and your association with RHL (‘Recruitment Holdings Limited, and/ or ‘Encore Technical Solutions’ [a division of RHL], ‘we’ or ‘us’).
Your use of the RHL Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Modifications of these terms
RHL reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the RHL Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the RHL Web Site. We will make a reasonable attempt to communicate these changes to you. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should cease using the RHL Site.
Your use of the RHL site
As a condition of your use of the RHL Web Site, you warrant to RHL that you will not use the RHL Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the RHL Web Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the RHL Web Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the RHL Web Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the RHL Web Sites.
By providing information via the RHL Web Site you accept that although we may contact you in relation to the details you provide, we are not required to provide you with any specific products or services.
My Account Registration
In order to receive vacancy alerts you must register on the RHL Site. On registration or at any time, you must ensure that the details you provide are correct and comprehensive.
Vacancy alerts can be deleted by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in your latest RHL Vacancy Alert email.
Upon registration you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent potential fraud, this password must be kept confidential and not disclose or shared with anyone.
Contact email@example.com immediately if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you.
Right to suspend or cancel your account
We may suspend or delete your account immediately if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
You can amend or delete your account at any time by logging onto the RHL Web Site.
Your statutory rights and your right to use the RHL Web Site will not be affected should your account be cancelled or suspended
Despite our efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this website, RHL declines any responsibility for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information that may be posted on this site, and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in its contents.
This site contains links to third party sites. RHL has not reviewed materials or information posted at websites linked or linking to this site, and therefore, RHL disclaims any responsibility for the contents of such sites. Likewise, our linking to a third party website should not be interpreted as a form of endorsement or recommendation for the products or services offered on the third party's site in question.
RHL Recruitment offers no guarantee with regard to any of the following:
- the existence or availability of any vacancy listed on the RHL Recruitment Site;
- that any client or employer will request your CV, invite you to interview you or employ you;
- that any client or employer will keep your data confidential; or
- any employment terms of a vacancy advertised and acquired through the RHL Web Site
Accessibility of the RHL Site
We cannot guarantee that the RHL Web Site will be error free. If an error arises on the RHL Web Site you should report it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to fix the error as soon as possible.
The RHL Site may be infrequently restricted, to allow for general maintenance. We will attempt to restore the RHL Web Site as soon as possible.
All information on the RHL Site is owned or licensed by RHL. For all recruitment needs from RHL our standard terms and conditions shall apply, a copy of which is available on request.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to you and are not transferable to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we believe your rights will not be affected.
If RHL chooses to ignore any breach you make of these Terms and Conditions, RHL will still be permitted to exercise its rights at a later date or in any situation where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
RHL shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
