Our client is a Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Multi Trader to work with them & the team covering their Client Portfolio's across the Andover & Hampshire Regions.

You will be carrying out Maintenance Schedules to Premises on this local authority contract which will include Commercial Offices, Schools, Colleges & Leisure buildings.

Duties will include

Carpentry, hanging and adjusting Fire Doors, door locks, Basic plumbing tasks, Basic Brickwork & Plastering, Painting and Decorating and general Building Fabric repairs.

Ideally you will be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Carpentry or relevant Trade, Holder of a Full UK driving licence, a valid CSCS card, Working at Height/IPAF/PASMA certification is desirable but not essential.

If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous.

9 Hours a Day, Mon - Fri, Overtime available, Duration 8 - 12 Weeks
