Our client, an Electrical service and repair contractor is currently recruiting for a Scheduler/Repairs Co-ordinator on a permanent basis to work within a busy team taking responsibility for assisting the operations manager.
Duties will include
To assist operations management in planning field engineers' weekly work schedules to maximise operational efficiency.
Regular contact and correspondence with customers and engineers.
Daily organising and monitoring of engineers job cards.
Gaining basic knowledge and understanding on technical parts in the industry
You will ideally have experience of working in a scheduler position previously working with field engineers.
Also demonstrating effective communications skills and be a strong communicator to all levels of staff.
If you have worked in the facilities service industry this will also be advantageous.
